Guidelines For Submitting A Free Ad In The MLN

Before placing your ad, read the guidelines on this page!

Remember, you may only post one ad per person, per week.  By placing an ad via our form, you are deemed to have read and accepted these guidelines.  If you abuse this service, yor ad will not be published.

Even if you have posted before, please read these guidelines again because they are often updated.

• You must provide a valid email address with sufficient storage capacity.  All ads placed from non-working email addresses will be deleted.
• Do not subscribe with any email address which has an auto response or vacation reply.  Any autoresponders and counter offers sent to our newsletter address will result in your ad being deleted.
• By posting your ad, you understand that if you are not already subscribed to the Marketing Lifestyle Newsletter, you will be automatically subscribed.  Free ads are a benefit available to subscribers only.
• We believe it is fair to ask you to be subscribed in order to enjoy the benefits of placing FREE ads. You may however unsubscribe at any time.  Full details of how to do so will be provided in every issue.
• Ads may only be placed via our online form. We do not accept ads by email, any we receive are deleted.
• You may only place one ad per week - in other words ONE AD, PER PERSON, PER WEEK.
• If we receive more than one ad per week both will be deleted.
• All ads must be submitted with the current AD CODE, which you will find in each issue of the newsletter.   This code will be changed weekly.  Each code may only be used ONCE.
• You will get a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your ad.
• If you use different email addresses you will get subscribed more than once.  It is your responsibility to unsubscribe the duplicates.
• Ads must be no more than 4 lines of 60 characters per line, including URL and/or Mailto:. If your ad does not conform to these guidelines, it will be deleted.
• Probably the most important thing you need to remember is to use your return/enter key at the end of each line of 60 characters.  This will format your ad to the specifications listed above.
• Ads which have badly formatted links, http:// and/or Mailto: not included or incomplete, will be deleted.
• We will not promote anything which is illegal, scams, racist or promotes hate of any kind or of a pornographic nature.
• All ads must comply with the guidelines, policies and laws of the Federal Trade Commission. (http://www.ftc.gov ).
• We can only publish a certain number of ads per week. -- We cannot guarantee that yours will run even if it does meet our guidelines. There just isn't space for everyone.
• There will be commercial advertising within the messages and we also accept SOLO offers, which are sent in addition to the regular issues. Please understand that these items are the life-blood and support for this free service.
• Services are not guaranteed. Glitches in web hosting, ISPs, email, Acts of God, sickness, etc., happen. These matters are beyond our control and we accept no responsibility for non performance of any part of this free service.  There is no Customer Service or Complaints Department for free ads.
• You will not get a confirmation of your ad run date.  This service is only provided for clients of our Premium Advertising.
• We reserve the right to change these rules at any time without prior notification.

Please read the issues! Don't just consider this a place to post ads and forget it.  We are always searching for more resources for you, so you'll be able to boost your advertising a lot further.
