The code page URL needs to be the exact page where you will display our code. We don't add you until we have checked and have found it in place.
If you use a free service such as Yahoo Groups, you must enter an email address where we can send subscribers to you. You will then have to add the new subscriber to your list manually.
If your system requires a word or a command to be placed in the subject line of emails to subscribe, enter it in the box above. Otherwise leave this field blank.

After clicking the submit button you will be redirected to the affiliate sign up page. It is necessary for you to fill this out for you to receive your commissions.
After filling out this information you will then have access to your own affiliate center, where you will be able to find the banners, and text ads. that you must use on your website and in your ezine/newsletter as agreed upon.
You will be added to our publishers' list so we may keep you up to date with this co-op.
We reserve the right to refuse any registrations. We reserve the right to remove any ezine for any reason at any time without notice. All subscribers will be offered a 5 X 60 ad through our advertising service. You are required to run their ad as long as they meet these requirements.
